General Provisions

gbajr ("Platform", "we", "us") operates an online casino and sports betting service for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions form a legal agreement between the platform and the user ("you", "member").

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Registration Requirements

• Each person may operate only one account.
• You must operate the account in your own name — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.

gbajr may request identity documents, proof of address, or other documents at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information may result in account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

Age Verification

gbajr strictly enforces a 21+ age limit. Users must confirm their age at the time of registration. gbajr may request proof of age at any time in the form of a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate.

Operating an account on behalf of a minor or assisting a minor with gaming is strictly prohibited. If this condition is violated, the account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be forfeited.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

gbajr offers a 120% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x (twenty times) wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount using the bonus funds before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires ৳20,000 in wagers.

• Both the bonus funds and the deposited funds are used together.
• Wagering contributions may differ depending on which game is played.
• If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, only one may be used.

5.3 Other Promotions

Each promotion has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the promotions page. gbajr reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time.

Gaming Rules

All games on the gbajr platform are powered by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each game result is entirely independent and not influenced by previous results.

6.1 Betting Limits

Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed before the game begins. gbajr reserves the right to change betting limits at any time for reasonable cause.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted due to server outage, network issues, or software error, gbajr will attempt to refund the affected bet amount subject to verification. However, gbajr is not liable for losses caused by technical errors.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

Special rules apply for each event when betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, and other sports. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the related bets are voided and funds are returned.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gbajr platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Abusing bonus terms or placing bets artificially to gain an advantage.
• Guaranteeing risk-free profit by betting against other users (Matched Betting or Arbitrage).
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your location.
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to place bets.
• Money laundering or use of illegal funds.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 gbajr's Rights

gbajr reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Non-cooperation with the verification process.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from legal authorities.

8.2 User Rights

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request. In this case, your verified balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to your registered payment method.

Privacy and Data Protection

Personal data is not sold to third parties. However, information may be shared with relevant authorities when required by law, government order, or fraud investigation.

Limitation of Liability

• Issues caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Software errors from third-party game providers.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access where the member failed to take reasonable precautions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gbajr's total liability will under no circumstances exceed the balance held in the account at the time of the relevant incident.
